The STUDIO BRAGAGLIA, a partner of HARPALIS – Italian Consulting Network, assisted Marposs   S.p.A. in the acquisition of the majority stake of Digital Strategy Innovation S.r.l. (DSI),  an innovative start-up born in 2020 and supported by VeniSIA, an innovation and sustainability accelerator of the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. The company provides IT consulting services for the integration of digital systems and services, with a significant contribution of skills derived from the academic world.

The founder of the Studio, Antonio Bragaglia, and partner Giacomo Monti participated in the due diligence and contractual activity, supported for the contractual consulting activity by Attorney Mario Bovina of Bernardoni Bovina Law Firm.
